Description: This program is designed to provide intensive services and supports to adults with acquired brain injuries as they work to re-enter community life. Services include case management, personal care, companion services, respite care, environmental modifications, behavior programming, counseling and training, structured day programs, specialized medical equipment and supplies, prevocational services, supported employment, occupational therapy, community residential services, and speech and language services. Services can only be provided in community settings.
