Description: Kentucky faces a consistent and significant shortage of accessible and affordable housing. This has created a persistent challenge for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities who want to live independently. The Housing Futures Project, funded by the Commonwealth Council on Developmental Disabilities, aims to address this issue. Our plan is to meet with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families to discuss their housing options and plans.
